Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Sicus ferrugineus?

Hi,

This mating pair look to me like Sicus ferrugineus. I am no expert however, can anyone please tell me if this is correct. I am a little confused by a couple of pics in the Gallery which look like the one on top in my picture, but are place there as female. :o

Date taken: 17th June 2008
Location: near Lincoln UK in garden.
