Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Helina??

Dear forum,

I took these pictures on June 14th in my garden. I find this fly very similar to the fly in Sundew's post http://www.diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=5&thread_id=13853.
Is it Helina, possibly impuncta as well?

There are two different flies :
N1 is Helina sp., Muscidae
N2 is Hydrophoria lancifer, Anthomyiidae
