In Holland I would without doubt say Exhyalanthrax afer. But in these the balckish coloration of the wing seems slightly more extensive near the wing base. Local variation, and E. afer? Or are there more options?

I would suggest that this one is Exhyalanthrax melanchlaenus but its differentiation from afer is far from easy and really requires dissection.
