Ephydridae, Ochtera sp.!
In Europe we have O. mantis, but I assume you guys have more species in Brazil. :D

It is
Ochthera, but does look to be very small. There are six species known from Brazil (and probably more to be discovered) - I doubt if we'll be able to tell which from this photo.
