hi, i photographed this beauty in the south of Turkey - Karaman - Ermenek Region. i really have no idea about diptera :) . i tried to search by photos but no success.
maybe someone can give the full name of this fly?

hmm. i wil have a look at your info. i searched roughly via google but the species looks similar but in detail it is not. since there is no detailed photo in the google search i will search again ...
