Hello!

I found this fly on a Rhododendron in our garden today (northwest Germany). It was waving with its wings like a Sepsid or Tephritid (and several other flies with marked wings), but it was bigger, about the size of a normal house fly (6-7 mm). Does it belong to family Ulidiidae?

Many thanks! I have searched in several families, but that one I have missed...
