Thread subject: Diptera.info :: which nematocera?

Hello,

I found this fly two weeks ago in a forest region in west germany. What species / genus / family is it?

Or Keroplatidae (M and R4+5 seem partly fused, no r-m cross-vein), maybe near Platyura marginata ?
