On 21st May I found this fly in the dunes near Vogelenzang, Netherlands. I think it must be Therevidae and in my opinion it could well be
Acrosathe annulata. Could anyone confirm my provisional id (or correct it)?

I'm not 100 % sure, but it seems quite likely.
