Hello,
what can be said about this fly? Is it perhaps a Phaonia (Anthomyiidae)?

Phaonia would be Muscidae. But I don't think it's a
Phaonia, I would also vote for Anthomyiidae (but I'm no expert...).

Hi J?rgen,
thanks for answering. Yes, Phaonia is in Muscidae - perhaps it was too late yesterday.
I looked through the anthomyiid gallery. The only one I found with such a light brown abdomen was Pegomyia bicolor. Could it be a Pegomyia species?
