Hello all,
It looks like a Sepsidae, and certainly did behave like one, dancing and rolling the wings . It is however about the size of a house-fly .
Reserve naturelle de Solieres (Belgium) at the edge of a damp wood.

Yep. Youre rught Tony, though I expected to see something like Pseudoseioptera... :(
