Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tiny fly on Aconitum --> Diastata costata (Diastatidae)

Hello!

This very small fly (2 mm at most) was running around on Aconitum napellum leaves in our garden yesterday (northwest Germany) and waving with its wings like a Sepsid. What could it be? Agromyzidae?
