There is
Phaonia bristle here. It should be
Phaonia tuguriorum.

Not a stupid question. This is the posterodorsal bristle on the lower third of hind tibia.
Other Muscidae can have also a pd on apical third of hind tibia (especially in Muscinae subfamily), but not
Helina.
