Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Unknown Brachycera, perhaps Heliomyzidae?

Hello!

I found this 5 mm fly on May-22 on a log in dedicious forest (northwest Germany). I'm not sure even about the family? Heleomyzidae?

My guess is Pherbellia annulipes, Sciomyzidae.

Uhh..., Sciomyzidae, thanks! Many of that family are very distinctive, so I don't have it in mind when seeing a rather unobtrusive fly.
