I have no idea which fly or even from which family it is. Can anybody say something more about it? Thanks.

Has some likeness to Pelidnoptera (Phaeomyidae), too.

Certainly: Perdiguera (Saragossa), Aragon, North-east of Spain, the date: 21/04/08. Habitat: semidesert steppe
