I think this is Chrysotoxum arcuatum, but I am not sure
It can also be Chrysotoxum cautum !
What is the differens between arcuatum / cautum ?
Location: Southwest Sweden (V?sterg?tland)
Date: 2008-MAY-25
Habitat: Garden in woodland
Best regards!

This looks like arcuatum, yes. All tergites are with long hairs. The abdomen is more 'curved', seen from the side. The males lack the huge terminalia that are so typical for cautum.
