I think this is stratiomyidae, possibly Sargus sp?

Microchrysa cf. polita male (Sargus are mostly autumn species and much bigger).

Thanks Jurgen. I had considered Microchrysa but I thought it has a broader abdomen which would be seen outside the wings. Pity about the reflection on the wings... thanks again.
