Stratiomyidae... don't know the species (
Beris spec?).
Be very careful using flash..
I hope a specialist knows the flie, the legs are very nicely colored!

but I`m sending it once more in a higher resolution.
Habitat: Austria, Vienna Wood, about 300 msm, nearby a beck.
