Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Simuliidae? --> male Dilophus (Bibionidae)

Hello!

At first I thought, this must be a small male Bibionid, but although it was rather large for that family (about 4-5 mm) I now think it's Simuliidae, right? On May-16 at our garden shed (northwest Germany).
