Yes. It looks like a
Crabro species or something close (Digger wasps; Crabronidae).

Thank you for your replies.
After the email of Jan, I had identified the wasp as crabro scutellatus because the abdomen is entirely black (no yellow area). Is it possible?

Do you mean abdomen or mesonotum? I can clearly see yellow markings on the abdomen...
