May 13, 2008, Naro-Fominsk, Moscow region, Russia. Size 6 mm. Roughly the same place where Rhacochlaena toxoneura was found (some sweeping didn't give any additional specimens though).

Yep. It is. I used to collect it in Golitsyno some 20 years ago, so it occurs in Moscow suburbs.

At this time, U may try to look for more specimens. The occur in shady forests with some tall Campanula species. Adults sit on upside leaves of Campanula and can be easily collected with an aspirator than by sweeping

OK I saw a couple more that day sitting on leaves.
