Thread subject: Diptera.info :: mystery fly

hi flyforum,

I found a typical fly.
It's headposition was downwards and the backparts stick into the air.
The fly got large wings, spreading out when it walks over the leaf.
I didn't see the head very well but it was all the time downwards on the leaf.
The two pictures I made, are both from the backside.
But probably someone can recognize this species?

I bet on Nephrocerus, Pipinculidae.
