Hello
I know the picture is rather fuzzy but coud the following be a Drosophilidae, perhaps a
Drosophila ?

My fuzzy impression is Lauxaniidae ;)

I think it has a pair of presutural dc setae, which excludes
Sapromyza. Perhaps
Meiosimyza instead?
