A stange fly, I have never seen before, but I think it is a Antho.
Am I right ??

No, Joke, not Anthomyiidae.
It is Muscidae - male of
Azelia cilipes

M-vein
is stright, either in Anthomyiid and in Azelia. Also Azelia has crossed interfrontal as most of Anthomyiidae.
But vien A, reaching wing margin in Anthomyiidae, on the contrary, is very short in Azelia. Also coxa3 has setae on inner side.
This characters arn't xisible on photo, but after today you will easily ID Azelia by its unmistakable "jizz", doesn't it, Joke?
