Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Family id wanted

I found this fly in march in germany. It was about 3mm long and I don't have a better picture. Can nevertheless something be said about it? Family or genus perhaps?

Chironomidae would be my 'guess', plumose antennae, humped thorax and I cannot see many veins................???;)

So Chironomidae seems to be rather certain, and this is more than I hoped.
