Dear members,
I see this fly very often here in Lower Austria but I cannot find, recognize a picture of it.
Size is app. 8 mm and photo dated: 2.5.08
Can You help me please

If I am not terribly wrong this should be around female Beris chalybata.

Beris chalybata does not have entirely black legs. Moreover, I think I can see palpi so I think this is
Actina chalybea...

Paul is right, Actina it is. I usually separate these two genera based on the relative length of antennae compared to the body. This angle fooled me completely.

Thanks a lot Paul.
I photographed this couple today in the garden in Lower Austria.
Could they also belong to Actina chalybea.
One of them has not entirely dark legs.
