Hello!
I am afraid of that it may prove to be an undeterminable ichneumonid again, but who knows?
Found in my garden, rather smaller sized>>~1,5-2cm?

Looks like Symphyta, not an ichneumon :)

I think Cephidae!
Radial Cell subdivised, tibia 1 with spur!
Compressed abdomen dorso-laterally!

this is a cephid wasp. they are pretty common in these days.

According to an expert from Germany it is a female of
Janus compressus .
