Sinai, small oazis, near the water exuding out of the rock.
At first glance I decided that it is Scathophagidae. But they havn't such a large calyptra. Then Muscidae? 8-10mm

I thought about Lispe, but Lispe from Thailand was much slender and less brutal:D

And this around water Muscidae from Thailand eating something from shell of dead Pomacea canaliculata, is it Lispe too?
