Hello!
Beat Weisskopf permitted to post his photo here. He found this beautiful Tephritid yesterday in his garden near Bern/Switzerland. We could not find out, to which genus it belongs.

Euleia heraclei Linnaeus, the celery fly. Body coloration can be reddish yellow or black, depending on pupation conditions. Compare http://www.diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=5&thread_id=post_58399
