Looks like the one I posted not very long a go from the same place:

but head looks different. is it still Cryptochetidae?

Cryptochetidae has a very large antennal flagellum with a tiny arista, which is not the case here. I am not sure which family this is, though, perhaps lauxaniidae.

Found on Sonchus oleraceus and I did notice some tunnels on leafs.

Subfamily Agromyzinae, so Ophiomyia is a possible genus among the Sonchus feeders. This is a very difficult genus, probably with many undescribed species.
