On the last 9th of April, I found this little fly on the exact same spot where I discovered the wingless Tachydromia. What could it be?

Unfortunately my site has been down for a month. I have to change web hosting provider. But I have to build up everything from scratch. :(

When I was looking for photos of the fly I noticed that your site was having trouble, so I looked here on diptera.info for photos and discovered your photos anyway;).
