Hi,
Today I certainly get on your nerves with my pics of small flies that don't show much details. However, this one has a distinctive posture that might allow for a family, or better, genus name. I have no idea, except that it does not seem to be a Lonchaeid. Seen on 28 March.
Thanks for help, Sundew

I think it is Ephydridae, Gymnomyzini.
Not sure at all

A very good hint indeed! Certainly the best we can make of the photos. Thanks for reliable help, Nikita.
Cordially, Sundew

I would agree with Nikita - or something like
Psilopa, but difficult to be sure with these photos. ;)
