I think it is a Stenocranus.

I ran it through the British key (Le Quesne's RES Handbook). Germany has the same species. It came to Stenocranus minutus. A = 2x B, whereas in the other species A is no more than 1.5 x B. Also, the foretibia does not widen towards the tip and the dark lines on the frons look brown rather than black.

Thanks again John. After you gave me the family i assumed minutus after comparing a lot of pictures and informations on the web. Now i can categorize it on wikimedia commons. Could this be a early stage of S. minutus ?

Well, it could be, but I don't know enough about them to recognise the early stages. Its forehead needs to grow quite a lot to match its mum.
