This is a tachinid, I's say Microphthalma europaea.

Certainly a tachinid ... not sure about Microphthalma because I never see them here - but it certainly looks dexiine :)

(that is: Microphthalma europaea it is, not Dexiinae by the way, though it certainly looks like one)
