This fly occurred to be very common during our field study last summer. This one has been found in a pea crop third decade of July. It's body length is about 3.8-4 mm.
Location: Voronezh region (Central European Russia, Black Earth zone).
Most cases of it's occurrence are in the middle of July.
Is it possible to say what genus it is?

Thanks. Sergey
