hi flyforum,

Am I looking to a Calliphora vicina here?
I don't have a lateral view..

The end of the scuttelum is a bit redish coloured(?)

Is this common with Calliphora vicina?

Robert,

Thank you Joke and Susan,

What makes it Muscina prolapsa to you?

and is this female M. prolapsa?

The gentle bend in M, the orange tip to the scutellum, the orange at the wing base, proboscis/palps and on the antennae. Check the gallery - you will see its twin. It is female.

Thank you Susan, for your answer.

I just can not find proboscis/palps and on the antennae..
is it some thickening? of the antenne?

thanks a lot, again ;)
