Found this one in the same area. I think this one is the male and the previous was female. What do you say?

Is it indeed male and female of the same sp.? I notice the female has that orange marking on abdomen and male has narrower abdomen with no marking?

That is correct, that is the standard sexual dimorphism for this species.
More Stevenia have this, by the way. S. angustifrons is the only very common species in Israel (according to Kugler, I have never visited you).
