Taken last Year early April- suspect I miss-Id'd as a bluebottle fly.

Not sure about the definition of bluebottle, Calliphoridae or just Calliphora.
It is not the latter, however, it seems Melinda (Calliphoridae).

Sorry by bluebottle I would mean Calliphora vomitoria or vicina.
Only other pic I have does not show wings either

NIkita make me change my mind:

female Protocalliphora might be a better suggestion.
