This is not diptera. :P
This is Hymenoptera > Chrysididae...
strange!!! already there??? :o:o I never saw them so EARLY!!!

Really? Even here in northwest Germany I saw the first Chrysis ignita s.str. on February-12! That was lucky, because otherwise it could not have been distiguished from other, similar species :) (no other so early). But to be honest: at that time it was 10-12 degrees warmer than today (snow and temperatures around the freezing point, too cold for end of march - no spring in sight... :().
