I found these two little flies in Barcelos, Portugal. Are they chloropids?

You're right: it's Chloropidae. I think the genus is Oscinella, but very few characters are visible. In this family a photo of the top of the thorax and the head is nearly essential for identification.

Thank you very much Kahis, I don't have photos from the top, so I'm happy with the family level identification:)
