Definitely not ! I have never seen such a species.

So, it is indeed an Acrocera in the former (sub)genus Paracrocera.
P. orbiculus is an extremely variable species and apparently specimens with black abdomen with yellow spots do exist.

If you collected the specimen, Christian Kehlmeier might do the DNA.
If not, this is what it is.
