Hi everyone!
This is the second of yesterday's large Tabanus, that I consider as
Tabanus bovinus. (See
https://diptera.i..._id=117732)
Meadows with cows all around, limestone mountains.
Not much green in the eyes, but obviously no red at all on third antenna segment, so I think that it's not
T. sudeticus var. perplexus. Abdomen dorsal and vetral seem to fit quite well for
T. bovinus.
Length 20 mm
