Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Anthomyiidae (Egle ciliata)?

This fly was on a stake in the sun (Spa, Belgium, 18 March,). Is it a male of Anthomyiidae ? Size: 6,5mm
Is it possible to tell the species ?

This other fly was on the same stake. Could it be a female of the same species ?
