This one looks very exciting. Photographs are showing many angles, that is great.
That said, it is still difficult to assess the setulae on wing veins etc.
So, I need to study several alternatives
You didn't collect it, by any chance?

Thank you very much Theo. No, I didn't collect it, but here are some images of the wings.
Looks like r1 has bristles dorsally on its whole length, while the underside and cu1 are bare.
+ Abdomen black-brown, covered with dusting: female
Ceromya flaviseta?

I checked my collection and I agree; total match for female C. flaviseta.
Extremely rare species, as you know. Hence I wanted to be very sure before launching this name (but you beat me to it !)
