Thread subject: Diptera.info :: kleptoparasitic Milichiidae on pentatomid prey

Spotted several kleptoparasitic flies on Rhaphigaster in a spider web.

Struggling to narrow it down to genus, could it be Phyllomyza or Neophyllomyza?
The palps are not exceptionally enlarged.

I was considering Desmometopa without the usual contrasting area on the frons, but I can't place it in Sabrosky's key.
