Maybe irrorata/pseudoirrorata?

Any suggestion about possible species and whether the subgenus Pterelachisus is reasonable?

Compare Tipula (Pterelachisus) trifascingulata SYN trifasciata - the closest I could find.

I would have excluded that species, as my specimen doesn't have the contrasting black/white stripes uninterrupted across the wing when wings are folded
