:| crex has reason! This is NOT MUSCID! :| there are no muscids with petiole. (no exceptions to this rule at least for muscids)

In my opinion it's a rhinophorid giving that the wing venation and the general aspect.

The calyptrae are small, it should be Stevenia (Rhinphoridae), pity we can't see the face.
