Hi,
this male of Chironominae was observed yesterday at home (north of Yonne department, France). Could it be a Cladopelma ? C. viridulum ?Thanks for a reply.

The inner appendages look too large for a member of the Harnischia complex.

The genitalia does not match Cladopelma or the Harnischia Group. The inferior volsella are too large. This looks more like something that would be in the Chironomus Group, perhaps Chironomus?
