Wagneria or some other genus?

Yes, it is a Wagneriini (are these considered Voriini these days ?)
Very difficult to say more.
But Ramonda (either as genus or as subgenus of Periscepsia) are by far the most common.

I think I can see >2 upright bristles on scutellum - to rule out
Periscepsia carbonaria.
And no discal bristles on tergites ->
Wagneria?

I dont think you can assess the discal setae.
Ockhams first hypothesis is Ramonda
