Hello fly lovers,
this fly has been identified as likely Linnaemyia sp. (Tachinidae). Can anyone here confirm the genus or even identify a species?
found: Hagen (Germany > North Rhine-Westphalia), approx. 100 m above sea level, damp meadow near a little stream and forest edge, size approx. 12 mm, on Heracleum spondyleum

Hello Axel, it's a female
Linnaemya picta.
- red tibiae
- red humeralcallus
- strongly protruding mouth (best seen on a strictly lateral view, but on your images 1 and three, too)
