Colleagues, have you seen such a shaggy pattern on the costal vein? The shaggy pattern is different from that of Heleomyzidae: it is much denser (which is difficult to photograph and has only been partially captured, as the full beauty is visible from the inside of the wing and at the correct angle), and the spines are much weaker than those of Heleomyzidae and have varying lengths.
I suppose it is Limnia, Sciomyzidae. Locality - Far East. Something similar (but much more modest) I only saw in Ilione unipunctata Macquart, 1849.
